For your thoughtful and generous gifts of clothing and personal hygiene items for NIAGARA MIGRANT FARMWORKERS! Your donations were packed up and delivered last Sunday after the Director of Niagara Migrant Farmworkers, Rev Peter Ciallello, preached at both services last week. At the end of his visit, we packed everything we had been collecting over the last few months and we were able to fill his car with all of your donations. When the farmworkers visit their drop-in centre at St. Alban’s, Beamsville, this week, they will be surprised with the variety of new things for them! What joy awaits them!Your gifts of nice clean clothes and good quality personal items express our love and contribute to their well being, emotionally as well as physically. You give them dignity and affirm their humanity. ‘Padre Peter’ as the farmworkers know him, sent us a thank you note, commenting on the “good condition and excellent quality” of your donations. “Many thanks”, he concluded.

Well done, St. John’s! You really know how to respond to the
needs of others!
