Art in support of a just cause, with artists justly compensated. 100% of funds raised at this event will be used to support a privately-sponsored refugee family during their first year in Canada. All items will have a minimum bid set at 50% of the retail value, with artists able to retain the minimum bid if they wish. Appraisals and charitable tax receipts are offered for larger ticket items ($1,000 and up).
Just Art Auction launches on December 1 (Giving Tuesday), with website previews available the preceding week. If you know artists who would like to be part of this event, or if you have art you would like to donate, please contact Sarah Wayland, 905-902-9390.
