Over the past six years, my journey at St. John’s has profoundly deepened my faith and reshaped my understanding of church and discipleship. Coming from a different church background, I was drawn to St. John’s by its rich liturgy and the openness of its community, which challenged many of my assumptions about what it means to follow Christ. The renewal I’ve experienced here is rooted in simple acts of service—Parish Council meetings, music practice, praying with others, shoveling snow. These moments have taught me that giving my time and resources freely, without expectation of return, is itself a spiritual act—an act of trust in God. I continue to support St. John’s, not out of obligation, but because this is where God has placed me, and this community has given me the gift of living out that trust. Thank you for allowing me to serve and grow in this way.
