Congregational Care Survey

Continuing our work to better care for one another at St John's, the Congregational Care Working Group has put together a set of surveys. These will help us better understand what is working well, what needs attention, and what's needed that we aren't addressing at all.

One of the surveys is intended for the small groups of the parish. It will be distributed directly to the groups with a discussion guide.

The other survey is intended for individuals and is available here. If possible, please complete the survey by June 22. The link will remain active through the summer for those who need more time to finish.
