Saint John's is no longer using "Servepoint." We have transitioned to a new ministry scheduling database.
Our system helps us by allowing those who serve the ability to schedule unavailabilies for service at times when you are on vacation or working. It also allows you to accept or decline assignments and notify those doing the scheduling of potential conflicts.
Those who serve will generally be notified thirty days prior to their scheduled assignment and prompted again after fourteen days if they have not accepted or declined. Reminders about the commitment to serve will also be sent one or two days before the actual day of service. In addition to all of this, each person who serves are able to choose the way that they would like to be contacted, whether by text message, e-mail or both. Those without electronic messaging will continue to be contacted by telephone by their team leader.
The office remains closed due the the coronavirus pandemic and is opened only by appointment.
Preregistration is no longer required to attend worship services. Masking is no longer required, but is recommended.
We acknowledge with gratitude and respect that our parish is located on the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabe peoples. We are located in the Lower Chedoke Watershed.
