SUNDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2022
This year the choir and soloists of the Church of St John the Evangelist, conducted by Paul Grimwood, the Organist and Choirmaster, will present the Service of Nine Lessons and Carols, featuring music by Herbert Howells, David Willcocks, Tomás Luis de Victoria, John Ireland, Max Reger, and Eleanor Daley, plus the ever-popular "Past Three O’clock". The The Reverend Dr Leonel Abaroa-Boloña., interim Priest of St John’s will preside at the service.
The Carol Service takes place on Sunday, December 18, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. Admission is free, but an offering will be received. St John the Evangelist is situated at the corner of Charlton Avenue West and Locke Street.
