Eight members of our youth programme, along with three adult leaders, arrived home from Raleigh, NC this Saturday from a week long adventure helping the underpriviledged in that city in various capacities. They volunteered seniors homes, clothing depots, thrift shops, food rescue operations, farms and in a number of different areas. Youth also had the opportunity to learn about local culture, attending a rodeo and worshipping in a local Afro-American church.
Fiona Anderson, Kiri Denew, Patrick Denew, Ben Ehlert, Jason Ehlert, Eric Jackson, Xavier Jackson, David Loukidelis are the youth members of our team. They were accompanied by Willem de Ruijter, Emily Hill and David Anderson.
