Bishop's Recommended Book for Lent: In God's Hands, by Desmond Tutu.

Bishop Michael is pleased to announce he has selected In God's Hands by Archbishop Desmond Tutu for his Lenten Book. Archbishop Tutu has produced a meditation on the infinite love of God and the infinite value of the human individual. Not only are we in God's hands, he says, our names are engraved on his palms.

In 2013 Bishop Michael had the great privilege of meeting the Archbishop in Capetown and looks forward to the ways he will once again inspire us all and be a beacon of promise and hope for all of us in Niagara as we read his book together. He invites readers to really think through the Christian faith and how to live it out.

The book is available from online retailers or downloadable for e-readers.
